Mr. Bigelow has over 20 years’ experience and over 1,500 hours of executive coaching and leadership development. He has helped over a hundred senior level leaders mature their leadership and maximize their impact. As a Northern California Chair of Convene, a High-Capacity Peer to Peer Advisory Group supporting CEO level executives, Mr. Bigelow motivates and mentors CEOs, presidents, and business owners to increase their leadership impact, become better leaders, and grow their profitability through peer-to-peer collaboration and one-to- one coaching.

Mr. Bigelow led an organization from a small regional group to a high- impact, international organization, increasing revenue increased 30X to over $7 million. He is the Co-author of “Better Together: Networks and Church Planting” and “Church Planting from the Ground Up.” Both works focused on building effective, reproducible and scalable processes and teams and have application in both the non-profit and for-profit world.
