Develop a roadmap for the transformational effort describing the Agency’s vision for the project supported by a detailed implementation approach and transformation schedule. The roadmap serves as a navigational tool during the transition, and includes recommendations that establish, comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and program guidelines, enhance and streamline business processes, consolidate operations, and leverage to the greatest extent possible industry best practices, efficiencies, and innovation.
Conduct agency workshops and staff interviews to develop elements such as:
Strategic overviews – identification of the project’s vision, mission, goals, values, challenges and opportunities, and strategies to address these elements;
Multi-year implementation plans – key actions to implement the strategies, time frames, and resource requirements; and
