• Conduct a Proof of Concept to determine if a narrow AI application can glean lessons learned from hundreds of PIER documents in varying formats
• Present results to expert PMs to determine validity
• Produce the content in a consumable way to import it into a lessons learned application that is accessible by statewide Project Managers

Summary: What Part of the Success was Attributed to AI?

• Input several PIER documents into a knowledge platform
• Used a narrow AI application to read the documents, extract lessons learned, and formulate the lessons learned Knowledge Base.
• Placed the lessons learned and AI-generated attributes into an Excel spreadsheet for importing in the CDT database.
